This policy explains what information StoreLinks (operated by PascalLinks) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using StoreLinks, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email, phone number, and password when you register; your delivery address and phone number at checkout; and store details, product listings, and Mobile Money payout information if you sell on StoreLinks.

We also collect information automatically, including your order history, browsing activity on the site, and basic device/browser information used for security and to keep the platform working properly.

To create and manage your account
To process orders, payments, and deliveries
To let sellers fulfill orders and communicate with buyers about their purchases
To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and important account notifications
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms & Conditions
To improve the platform based on how it's actually used

3. What we share, and with whom

We share the minimum information necessary with:

Sellers — your name, delivery address, and phone number for orders you place with them, so they can fulfill and deliver your order
Paystack — payment details necessary to process card and Mobile Money transactions; StoreLinks does not see or store your card number or Mobile Money PIN
Cloudinary — used to host product images uploaded by sellers
Email/SMS providers — used to send order confirmations and account notifications

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Data storage & security

Your data is stored on secured servers with access restricted to systems and personnel who need it to operate the platform. Passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

5. Your choices

You can update your account details at any time from your account page. You can request that we delete your account and associated personal data by contacting us, subject to any records we're legally required to keep (such as transaction history for tax or dispute purposes).

6. Cookies & local storage

StoreLinks uses browser local storage to keep you logged in between visits. We don't use tracking cookies for third-party advertising.

7. Children's privacy

StoreLinks is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from minors.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as StoreLinks grows. Significant changes will be reflected with an updated "last updated" date above.
